*All position is on shift working hours, 5.5 or 6 days’ work in a week, 8 hours a day. Weekly rotating shift basis. 

*Salary Range: RM 1400 - RM 2500 + KPI Allowances (up to RM 400) + Over Time (when applicable) + Attendance Allowances (up to RM 300) + Shift allowance (evening shift – up to  RM 300)

Minimum requirement: minimum SPM and above!

Customer Service Executive: 

•             Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
•             To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
•             Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
